Notes:

• $150.00 minimum delivery charge. $2.50 per mile from Cadott.
• Pick-up is free.
• Forklift comes full of fuel and we charge for the fuel you use.
• All forklifts come with a man basket.
• ALL rentals must be accompanied by a signed Rental Agreement & Proof of Insurance before rental leaves the lot.
